Kids' Club

Sunnybank District Baptist Church runs Kids' Club annually for families in our local community. We have approximately 200 children attending each year and are often booked out prior to the event. Our main emphases are on having fun, providing a safe place for kids to play, building bridges between SDBC and the local community, and teaching biblical truths to children.

Who? Primary School age children (Prep - Year 6)

When? 8:50am - 12:30pm, Monday 26th June - Friday 30th June 2023 (Enrolments open in May)

Where? Sunnybank District Baptist Church, cnr Nemies & Brandon Roads, Runcorn

Program Details

Each day is divided into 4 parts:

  • Morning Program (Songs, daily Bible story, Memory Verse and Drama)
  • Rotational Activities (craft, gym and games)
  • Morning Tea (provided)
  • "Trekka Time" (year level group time to reinforce the Memory Verses and Bible stories through games and activities)

Registrations need to be made online and will not be complete until payment is received.

Please note payments will NOT be accepted on the first day of the program.

Registrations will be open until 5:00pm Wednesday 21st June or until all available spaces are filled with paid registrations, whichever occurs first.

General information

Children’s Clothing

  • Clothing needs to be suitable for craft activities which may involve glue or paint
  • Hats, bags and water bottles are not needed except for bags to carry necessary medication
  • Please do not bring or wear any valuable items (eg. devices, watches or jewellery)


  • If your child has medication they may need to take (eg. Epipen, asthma inhaler), it is preferable it is carried by your child in a secure, hands-free bag. Alternatively, it will need to be given to a designated leader of your child’s year group on arrival at Kids’ Club for them to carry when moving to different activities, and then collected from them at the finish.

Want to be a Kids Club Leader this year? Sign-up to be a leader for 2023 here. You are required to attend the Kids Club training night on 10th June.
